I was at a party and wanted to film the full moon. The auto focus was playing up, but I managed to capture this. The music is incidental and was playing at the party. I feel that it adds a little something extra to the footage though when I was editing it. No copyright infringement is intended with the music. I do not know the name of the artist nor the track. I had assumed it was a mix at the time.

On this web page, I have converted these electromagnetic waves into sound waves. I've also reduced the frequency 1.75 trillion times: the original frequencies are much too high for humans or even dogs to hear. I chose headrest monitors instead of the drop down roof mounted ones because I did not want to obstruct rear view vision and allow independent viewing / game play while on long road trip. The D1 comes securely packaged and double boxed. The box includes the DAC, 2ft gold plated USB cable, microfiber carrying bag, instructions/product guide. The DAC itself is well made with a gunmetal colored metal case with black rubber molded endcaps. Two hex screws on each end connect the DAC board securely. Removing the screws allows the board to slide out on one end. Everything inside looks well soldered and finished. All the connections are gold plated. You simply plug it into any free USB port on your laptop/PC and it powers on. Both Mac/Windows will automatically install the driver and recognize it with no problem. Open your sound settings in control panel/system preferences and switch the output to AUDIOENGINE D1 and you're ready to go. I am testing it with Audioengine A5 speakers. The updated Audioengine A5+ and Audioengine A2 both have a set of RCA inputs for easy connection. I use a pair of RCA cables to a RCA-Y adapter which was included with my original A5 speakers. I then set the volume on my music player to max, keep the speaker volume at the 10o'clock position and use the D1 volume knob as my volume control. As usual with Flips, it's the ideal thing for any family hoping to videotape the kids, friends, events, etc. First of all, it's completely idiot proof: when you get the box, there is absolutely no assembly required. Your first guess about which buttons are the power switch, record button, and USB connector release will be correct; great intuitive design.
