I try to use this semiweekly. This really helps reduce the size of pimples and pores. It also lightens post acne marks/scars. This is gentle enough to use regularly. I don't get black heads, but my white heads lessen the more I use it. I use this with a few drops of Jojoba and Vitamin E oil. The combo of the aspirin and oils make this a dream for my skin! The aspirin exfoliates while the oils absorbs into my skin. What has worked best for me is to cleanse my face, make the mask, massage it on, wait 10-20 minutes, then shower. It is more messy when you wash it at the sink. I try to not let the mask become too dry because it will start chipping off everywhere. I have been using aspirin masks for the past 4 years! I started out using this with Queen Helen's Mint Julep Mask. It works so well together, but I noticed how much moisture gets sucked out of my skin. I prefer this oil combo a lot more. I still use the Mint Julep from time to time, but not with the aspirin. I love researching and sharing products that have worked so well for my problem skin, so I'm happy to share this with anyone who watches! =]

i was testing out vitamin E oil to get rid of my acne scars and it is starting to work. i am still continuing the treatment and see if it works more and ill post another vid up or something. i usually put it on after i take a shower, and before i sleep and take it off when i wake up in the morning. i make sure there is a good layer on and mostly put it on my checks.

This combination of oils has helped my oily/dry sensitive acne prone skin by keeping it moisturized yet has kept it looking oil-free. Below are some great clippings I've found on Jojoba when researching about these oils: It is suspected that jojoba oil "tricks" the skin into stopping the production of sebum through somehow mimicking sebum. This also means that jojoba oil will assist in breaking down sebum in plugged-up pores. Sebum and jojoba oil will mix readily without sealing off the skin pores. Dermatologists have also reported jojoba oil's non-irritating use for acne. Other materials such as mineral oil can cause anaerobic microbial growth and inflammation redness and swelling in and around pores. Jojoba oil will not cause blackheads that contribute to acne. As a result jojoba oil and sebum will form a non-greasy, non-tacky layer with exceptional trans-epidermal water control. How great, jojoba oil will therefore assist in fighting wrinkles as well as dry, or oily skin. Professor Zille of Port Elizabeth University carried out further studies on the anti-bacterial effects of jojoba oil and the results were presented at a Coshem Congress held at Mintek. Tests at Michigan University showed that five of the most common skin bacteria plus certain skin fungi couldn't survive in jojoba oil. Studies on jojoba oil at the University of Michigan supports the conclusion that 5 of the most common bacteria, including staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosus as well as the ...

A simple and effective Vitamin E scrub When making this scrub, I was intending it to be for the face, but when I finished, I thought, Hey! You can use this for your whole body! For rougher areas, add in less green tea so the mixture is coarser. Also let your tea brew longer until it is darker, to get the most out of it. I personally have not had any reactions from this scrub, but I cannot promise the same for everyone. Please make sure to test it out before using it all over your face or body. I recommend trying it on the back of your neck, somewhere you can't really see. On a late note, if you want to make a larger quantity, use vitamin E oil in the bottle, not in pills form, or else you will be squeezing ALOT of little gel capsules. The Vitamin E oil can be replaced with any other skin benefiting oil, I just choose Vitamin E since it is an antioxidant, which in chemistry class I learned it helps slow the "rotting" process, so I suppose thats why you can find VE in many face cream and products.
