The woman in Pink is believed to be Vivi Ann Parnell with the same daughter as seen in the 'Butler social justice swarm'. I realize the video itself does not positively identify them. However, cell phone records of calls in Wyoming during this time would. Stalkers attempt to prevent people from proving abuse by engaging in benign but relentless gas-lighting and puzzling activities such as running into the same person hundreds of miles away and using a constantly changing rotation of people. However, if you video these people and time and time again they all end up being connected to each other, especially coming from great distances then this is actually stronger proof of stalking compared to locals like 'Mr Butler' who can claim they are just going about their business. On Tuesday, February 7, 2012 more than two dozen health, education and faith groups came together to host a press conference in support of the bill's passage. In 2010, 1600 low-income women lost access to prenatal care through Medicaid, leaving them without the critical care that would help their baby be born as healthy as possible. Without this coverage, providers have reported inadequate prenatal care, still births, and emergency deliveries. Prenatal care for all is good fiscal and health policy for Nebraska.
