Day 3 52 day weight loss challenge
we recap over the last 49 hours, small run of 1k which was a struggle on day one, asthma really holding me back. day two went a good 2 hour, 6 mile walk 10k.also went a couple of 2 mile 3.2k walks making me 10 mile for the day total 16.4 k. sore feet is an understatement, think i have blisters on my blisters. So far this morning had done 2.3 mile walk to school and back, just trying to keep moving. you can track my exercise here if anyone should be interested. This is a great little app for android phones or iphones. www.endomondo.com After 18 month of poor health and low motivation, I had stopped all training, got some bad eating habits and then asthma on top of the problems I was already having. Finally as motivation I put a bet on with my buddy Joe, only a gentlemans bet of 20 hes too tight to go higher hoping that this, aided with putting progress online, will shame me into getting healthy physically and mentally again. the bet as it stands is that i loose 28 pounds in 52 days.
