Heres how its done. ONE LEGGED DEADLIFT - 10 REPS EACH LEG Hold a chair for balance, and stand on one leg. Extend your leg thats not on the ground straight behind you, while you extend your arm on the same side straight in front of you. On the 10th rep, hold the position for 10 seconds. ADVANCED NINJA VARIATION dont use a chair for balance. HOPPING LUNGES - 10 REPS EACH LEG Get into a lunge position, with one leg far behind you. Engage your calf muscle on your rear leg, and put your weight on the ball of your foot. Quickly hop barely off the ground, and repeat. HOW TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER Do four sets **FOR EACH LEG** for each exercise, and alternate between the two exercises.
