After being together for 3 years, I proposed to Angel on January 1st, 2012. We had already decided to have the wedding the summer of 2012 so I put in a lot of effort to surprise her with the official engagement. Although I couldnt complete my initial plan of making a custom light up ring box with automated integrated remote and my DIY remote igniter for the fireworks failed, the light up sign was enough to make Angel say yes. Thanks to all my friends who helped setup and distracted Angel while Stan and I setup outside.
