Hidden somewhere in the busy city of Seoul, far from the knowledge of the government, existed a place, a getaway for troubled teenagers, a paradise called VICTORIA. Not many knew about the place but only a few who knew on how to get there safely without being caught by the police. VICTORIA was named after an invincible dancing queen. She had competed in 78 challenges but never came close to losing her throne to other dancers. Common people of VICTORIA were called 'Tweenies' and 'Challengers' for musicians, dancers, bands and mobsters. But of course, there are always another category and they are called the 'Air Gliders'. They only traveled through VICTORIA with their rollerblades. These rollerblades are called 'gliders', for they are no ordinary rollerblades. The 'Air Gliders' was the second top category in VICTORIA and the most powerful category only contained five young teenagers. "Storm Riders." They used to be 'Air Gliders' but they were gifted and were chosen to truly mastered all the skills that an 'Air Glider' should in a short period of time. They won countless battles against the other group of 'Air Gliders'. The 'Storm Riders' had widened their territory by claiming the losing opponent's territory and marked them as theirs. With every battle they won, they gained new followers, more like servants. The losing team had to work for them until they decided to let them go which could never happen.
