Hi guys especially sa mga ka-PALHS. Just sharing my 150 gallon community tank. It's been a long nice year for me and my fishes. Time surely flies when you're having fun! I've only started this hobby at around April, then I got this 150g tank on July, and then got my Merlion Gold Arowana HB on September. I had my first major incident on October. Poor water from our water supply caused major finrot to my fishes, especially my arowana. Believe it or not, ALL of my arowana's fins (and even barbels) were cut to the very base as a final countermeasure to stop the fin rot from spreading. Luckily thanks to TLC, weekly water changes and a newly bought water filter my arowana is about 95% recovered just after 2 months. Sad to say, the finrot did major damage to one of his pelvic fins causing a good half of it to be permanently damaged. Needless to say my arowana is still a beautiful specimen and I love him. He's approximately 8 inches from tip to tip. Gold color is already coming out and he has a wonderful blue base. 5th level shine is nearly complete. Some 6th level shine is also popping out. Pearlies are also gaining brighter golden color. I think he has a fairly good chance in becoming a crossback. He lives in a wonderful community of fishes. The tank contains the following specimens: 1 Hi-Back Red-Tail Golden Arowana (Merlion) 5 Indonesian Tiger Datnoids 5 Red Tiger Oscars 1 Flagtail 1 Black Ghost Knifefish 1 Ornati Bichir 1 Endlicheri Bichir I do hope you enjoy seeing my ...

This is the latest & greatest of the vids of my fish. they have been in a 30 gallon tank for a year now. but thy have finally grown out of that, so we got my 55 gallon outa my parents shed. set it all up & transplanted my fish from one to the other. then we took my children's Gold fish & Cory catfish & put them into the 30 Gallon that my Pacu, Oscars, Jack's, Blood Parrot, & Pleco Catfish spent a year from lil' baby's till now. I like how it all turned out.. everyone benifited from this lil' change of tanks. hope you enjoy!

The biggest growth has been noticed in the plec. It's around 9 " now and the girth of her is huge. Black boy (Oscar) has put on another inch. The red belly piranhas around 6-7.5 inches. I think at this point the fish have out grown the tank but they seem happy! They are feeding well on beef-heart, pellets hiraki, prawns!

This update has a lot of changes. To start off there is a whole new 55 gallon tank with sand and some rocks, (soon there will be some wood too). Next I show you my goldfish ive had for over 6 months now, sorry if you cant see him very well. Finally the new Albino Oscar I got 2 weeks ago that I named OJ (Oscar Jr.). The tank will be close to complete next month and the old tank im selling once OJ gets big enough. Update: June 1st 2011 Sadly Oscar died today, I regret not making an update video, but its really not like anyone watched or followed him. Even though he wasnt a YouTube star, he was a great hearty fish that we not only loved, but he was apart of the family, and he will be missed. :(

4' x 26'' x20'' 350L Just a quick video of my oscar tank which has not long been set up. 4 Tigers, 2 Reds (about 2.5'') and a Sunset Oscar (about 4.5''), tankmates include clown loach and 2 common plecs. Going to keep a video diary sort of thing to keep track on their growth :). Thanks for watching

the tank is 32″x17″x24″ in size thats around 213.9 litres(56.5 galons). we got it back in feb 2010.. and did some serious ciy scaping in there.. of course the fish were tiny back then.. the oscars were just 2inches long.. but once they grew.. they grew.. and eventually we had to do some remodeling.. will be doing a newer cityscape or something soon.. here are some pics of the old cityscape - flipdesign.in
